There are 125 miles per day included in the base rental cost.  There is an additional charge of $0.50 per mile over the 125 miles per day.

(i.e. 3 day rental = 375 miles for trip anything over 375 miles is $0.50 per mile) 

All of our vehicles are loaded up with a full tank of gas at the beginning of each rental.  As the renter, you are responsible for the cost of fuel throughout the duration of your adventure and the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas.

Each vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was originally rented in.  Please sweep unit out completely and empty all garbage.

FUN RULES:

• Please treat our RV like it is your own. We take pride in our investment we hope you will to.
• If something is not working properly, please feel free to text or call.
• Feel free to use all the dishes and linens. Just leave the linens in the sink when you are done with your stay.
• You can use anything in our RV that’s why it’s there! 

URGENT RULES: (THESE COULD COST $$)

• NO SMOKING
• CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS IF APPLICABLE. PET HAIR, STAINS, ETC. IF THERE IS EXCESSIVE HAIR OR DAMAGES THIS COULD RESULT IN THE LOSS OF PART OR ALL OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR CLEAN AND REPAIR.
• REPORT ANY AND ALL LEAKS IMMEDIATLEY. FURTHER DAMAGE FROM UNREPORTED LEAKS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ONCE YOU KNOW ABOUT THEM AND THEY ARE NOT REPORTED.
• ONLY HAVE THE AWNING OUT WHEN YOU ARE THERE TO SUPERVISE AND USE IT. AWNING IS NOT TO BE USED EVEN IN MODERATE WIND AS IT CAN BLOW BACK AND DAMAGE THE FRAME. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO AWNING DAMAGE OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET. LET’S AVOID THAT!!
• ONLY EVER USE RV TOILET PAPER. WE HAVE INCLUDED ENOUGH FOR YOUR STAY!
• ONLY OPERATE THE AIR CONDITIONER WHEN PLUGGED INTO 30 AMP RV PLUG PLEASE.
• PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE ROOF
• TANKS MUST BE DUMPED PRIOR TO RETURN. THESE CAN BE DUMPED AT YOUR CAMPGROUND AS MOST CAMPGROUNDS HAVE FREE DUMPING OR MAY BE DUMPED AT ST. CLAIR BOAT HARBOR (902 S 2nd St, St Clair, MI 48079). THERE IS A SMALL FEE AND MUST BE DONE BY YOURSELF. THERE WILL BE A FEE OF $150.00 IF NOT DUMPED.
• USING THE STOVE, FURNACE, AND WATER HEATER CAN RESULT IN THE USE OF PROPANE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REFILL THE PROPANE BEFORE RETURN. IF NOT FULL A FEE OF $100.00 WILL BE CHARGED.
• PLEASE BRING THE RV BACK WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS. IF NOT RETURNED WITH FULL TANK A FEE OF $250.00 WILL BE CHARGED.
