Reservations and Payments

Reserve your RV online with confidence.

  • Reservations must be paid in full to be added to the schedule.

  • Security deposit of $1500.00 is authorized before pickup

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure

  • Full refund.

Less than 30 days

  • Subject to a 25% administrative fee.

Driving Requirements

To rent one of our RVs:

  • Drivers must be 25 years or older

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

  • Every driver must be listed on the rental agreement (All listed, verified drivers are covered in your rental purchase and must be listed on the contract.

  • Unauthorized drivers are not covered by insurance

  • Additional SLI may be purchased for an additional fee at https://mbains.com/ 

RV Orientation

Every rental includes a complete walkthrough before departure. All walkthroughs must be scheduled prior to your rental Monday-Thursday unless specifically requested.

During your orientation we’ll show you:

  • Hookups

  • Generator operation

  • Water system

  • Waste tanks

  • Appliances

  • Slide operation

  • Safety equipment

Please allow approximately 30–60 minutes for pickup.

Pickup & Return

Please return the RV:

  • On time

  • Clean

  • Fuel tank full (Gasoline)

  • Propane refilled (unless prepaid)

  • Black & gray tanks emptied

Late returns are charged hourly. Please return your rental in the same condition as you received it to avoid any extra charges. 

Mileage & Driving

For everyone’s safety:

  • Maximum speed: 65 MPH

  • Observe truck speed limits

  • No off-road driving

  • No beaches, logging roads, or forest service roads

  • Drive-throughs and low clearances are extremely dangerous for RVs.

Pets

We welcome your furry companions!

Please note:

  • Excessive pet hair may require additional cleaning.

  • Damage caused by pets is the renter’s responsibility.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or drugs) will result in significant cleaning charges.

Waste Tanks

Before returning your RV:

  • Empty the Black Tank (Always do this first!)
  • Empty the Grey Tank (Always do this second)

Please do this to avoid any extra fees. 

Generator Usage

  • If using your own generator:

  • Minimum 3500 watts

  • Never operate inside enclosed areas

  • Never leave unattended while running

  • Renter is responsible for any resulting damage.

If using the generator on board (Sunseeker only):
  •  4 hours of use allowed per day ($3/hour after)
  • Never leave unattended while running

Awning Use

Feel free to enjoy the awning—but please use caution.

Awning damage caused by wind, weather, negligence, or while driving is the renter’s responsibility.

Roadside Issues & Repairs

If something happens during your trip:

  • Call us immediately.

  • Do not authorize repairs without contacting us first.

  • Save all receipts if instructed to purchase replacement parts.

Damage Responsibility

Renters are responsible for:

  • Interior damage

  • Exterior damage

  • Tire damage

  • Low-clearance impacts

  • Theft or vandalism during the rental period

  • Missing equipment

Please report any accident immediately.

Tolls and Fees

Customers are responsible for:

  • Toll charges

  • Parking tickets

  • Traffic citations

Administrative fees may apply for invoices received after your rental. 

Optional Protection

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is available for purchase before your trip.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Approved pets are welcome.

Can someone else drive?

Yes, if they are at least 25 years old and are listed on the rental agreement.

Can I drive on dirt roads?

Only paved roads and approved campground roads. Off-road use is prohibited.

Do I have to dump the tanks?

Yes—or you can choose the dump service during booking.

Can I smoke inside the RV?

No.

What if I return late?

Late returns are billed hourly.

What happens if I damage the awning?

Awning damage is not covered and is the renter’s responsibility.
